Fifty Years is 
Long Enough.

For over 50 years, we’ve had no enforceable contract. That means no guaranteed protections for job security, pay, schedules, or work rules. We’ve relied on policy, not representation. Now is the time to act. Attrition is low, unity is high, and the SAPA agreement expires in 2026.
